RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise in everyone's life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, we have the following policies in place:

• Refunds can be made by calling us to process the refund.
• Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours in advance to get the full refund. A $40 service fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 5 hours notice.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
• Extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and may only be used for the services or products specified on the certificate. They are not redeemable for cash.
